Biography
Mils Braine is a behavioural science consultant in the Defence sector with a background in cognitive and cultural psychology and social research design. She is interested in the understanding audiences online (via their behaviours, culture and relationships) and the impact this can have on directing cyber effect planning and development. She is also interested in the identifying novel ways of measuring and assessing the effectiveness of capabilities deployed in congested online information environments.
