Jacqueline Q Borja

Jacqueline Q Borja is a Chevening scholar (2025–2026) from the Philippines and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws at the Queen Mary University of London. Professionally, she is part of the Anti-Money Laundering Council Secretariat of the Philippines, where she serves as Head of International Commitments. She specialises in AML/CFT, with particular focus on the FATF Standards and their implementation. She played a significant role in the collaborative national efforts behind the Philippines' removal from the FATF greylist.
