Supervising and Monitoring Ukraine's Reconstruction Funds

Martina is a civil anti-corruption expert in the field of justice and procedural law in the Ukrainian Parliament. As a legal adviser of the Head of the Parliament Committee, she has coordinated the legal and organisational aspects of all committee hearings on justice and law enforcement.

Martina is leading four joint anti-corruption projects with the Ukrainian Parliament, including Rebuilding Without Corruption that aims at ensuring Ukraine's transparent and accountable recovery. She developed recommendations on mitigation of corruption risks and issued four analytical notes with recommendations to the national authorities and international partners.

SMURF aims to empower Ukraine’s civil society as the ‘second line of defence’ by providing the necessary expertise and tools to enhance the financial monitoring capabilities of Ukraine’s reconstruction funds.
