Atta Barkindo

Atta Barkindo is the Executive Director of The Kukah Centre Abuja, Nigeria. He is the Head of Secretariate at Nigeria’s National Peace Committee, a group of eminent Nigerians led by General Abdulsalami A Abubakar, GCFR, who mediates in Nigeria’s evolving democratic process. A graduate of SOAS, University of London, Atta is an expert on terrorism and violent extremism in the Sahel and Sub-Saharan Africa.
