Biography
Baroness Ashton of Upholland is a member of the House of Lords European Affairs Committee and chaired an inquiry into UK engagement with space. Baroness Ashton of Upholland served as the EU's first High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and First Vice-President of the European Commission (2009–14).
