Working in partnership with the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), the event was designed to address differences in thinking between Russia and the UK on key issues of security, and create a constructive dialogue on potential areas of engagement.
Held at RUSI and the Cabinet War Rooms, the two day talks brought together Russian and UK experts from leading academic institutions and think tanks to discuss a range of security challenges including threat perceptions, conventional balance, arms control, non-conventional warfare, counter-terrorism and conflict resolution.
