Jeremy Monroe recently retired from his position as IBM's Global Leader for Defence, Intelligence, Customs, Borders and Revenue Management. He was responsible for identifying client needs and supporting teams design and implement information systems for public sector clients.
For the previous twenty-five years he had led such work in the UK, mainly in the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office, in support of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled transformations.
Jeremy retains his interest in the impact and opportunities for Defence and Security created by the relentless change in ICT capabilities.
Jeremy has an MA in Physics from Oxford University. With RUSI colleagues he helped to found the Supper Club series at the Institute, which have now been running for some twenty years.
