Andrew Legon is a research analyst for the Afghan National Police reform project. Ongoing until July 2009, the project aims to examine the lessons of past security sector reform programs and apply them to the specific context of Afghanistan.
His research interests include the war on terror, Asian security issues, transnational terrorism, the rise of China and global governance.
Andrew holds an MPhil in International Relations from Cambridge University and a BA in History from University College London. Before joining RUSI Andrew was a researcher for the Foresight project at Policy Network. Previous to this he was an Asia research intern at RUSI.
