Matthew Jamison is a Consultant Fellow at RUSI and a senior parliamentary researcher at the House of Commons. Prior to that he was a RUSI Associate Fellow specialising in the Middle East.
He was educated at Cambridge University, where he trained as a historian obtaining BA Hons, MA and M.Phil. He serves on the Advisory Board of YouGov-Cambridge & was a founding director of The Henry Jackson Society.
He was part of the European Council on Foreign Relations & Brookings Institution research team for the European Foreign Policy Scorecard 2011.
His research has been cited in written evidence presented to the House of Commons Foreign Affairs Committee on US-UK relations, academic journals such as British Journal of Politics & International Relations, books such as Blair: The 20 British Prime Ministers of the 20th Century and newspapers The Daily Telegraph and The Financial Times.
