Tony Hulton is a specialist in international development and development finance with specific expertise in conflict transformation, countering violent extremism, security sector assistance and stabilisation. During his career Tony has worked for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and was a correspondent for a number of IHS Jane’s publications – focusing on issues relating to terrorism and counter terrorism policies. He has conducted a range of strategic reviews for the British and Australian Government on issues relating to conflict and stabilisation policy and programmes. He has worked in the Middle East, Africa, South and South East Asia and has lived in Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, The Philippines and Zimbabwe.
Tony is a graduate of the London School of Economics and Kings College London.
