Professors Theo Farrell and Michael Semple outline the key findings of a recent <a href="http://www.rusi.org/publications/other/ref:O504A22C99538B/">RUSI Briefing paper on the Taliban</a>. Together with Professor Anatol Leiven and Dr Rudra Chaudhuri, the authors of this Briefing Paper met with key members of the Afghan Taliban to discuss what it would take for the Taliban to accept peace and move towards reconciliation.
