The École de Guerre Networking Group brings together French officers from all services to reflect upon on current and future comprehensive strategic issues. Our current research and project, in collaboration with RUSI, is focused on the following question: “War in Ukraine: How will Western Alliances redefine their positions?”

Since February 24 2022 the global equilibrium has been profoundly destabilised by Russia’s aggression in Ukraine. Now that war has returned to Europe, new challenges threaten world peace. Western Europe must develop new perspectives in order to provide solutions for this conflict.

On March 22 2023 École de Guerre’s symposium will explore the consequences of this current crisis on diplomacy, info’ war and strategic autonomy in hopes to gain new perspectives that may provide solutions in the framework of this new global dynamic.
