Join us for UK PONI's annual introductory workshop covering the basics of nuclear technology for early career professionals.

The workshop consists of a series of seminars from both RUSI staff and external speakers (Lockheed Martin, Babcock, and others) covering the basics of nuclear physics, nuclear weapons and delivery systems, security and safeguards.

The workshop is aimed at early career professionals working in the nuclear policy field but without a scientific or technological background including academia, government and industry. There is no requirement of prior knowledge about nuclear physics.

Places at this workshop are limited to enhance interaction with the speakers and networking between participants. This year's session will be hybrid, with 25 participants selected to take part in-person and 30 online. If you are interested in participating, please complete the registration form by Tuesday, 8 November, 5pm (GMT).

The workshop will take place during the day on 22 November. Selected participants will be contacted by Friday, 11 November.
