In the run-up to the 10th UK PONI Annual Conference, Lockheed Martin UK is excited to host delegates from UK PONI at its Ampthill site for a site tour and a workshop on writing conference proposals and papers.
The Ampthill facility supports a range of capabilities, including: air-land integration; battlespace management; ground-based air defense; weapons safety, integration and support. Furthermore, the facility’s portfolio includes complex mission systems integration, system design and development, and the implementation of electronic architecture.
The day will kick off with an overview of LMUK’s activities at the Ampthill site including Mission Support, Vehicle Systems and Special Projects. UK PONI will then run a half-day writing workshop on qualitative research methods. This workshop aims to help those who have little experience of writing for a policy audience to craft proposals for UK PONI Annual Conference presentations
The workshop will be followed by tours of the Ampthill manufacture facilities. Coffee and lunch will be provided.
