Dr. Michael Williams, Head of the Transatlantic Programme, took place in Operation Blue Beret in Sarajevo. Blue Beret is the final assessment exercise for junior officers in the Bosnian Army engaged in a course on peace support operations at the Peace Support Operations Training Centre (PSOTC) in Bosnia. The PSOTC is a multinational project that helps facilitate the transformation of the Bosnian military, foment regional confidence building in the Balkans and create new allies capable of expeditionary missions in a multilateral context.
