Cyberspace underpins our critical national infrastructure and the UK economy more broadly. RUSI's programmes critically examine international attitudes to the cyber domain and to cyber security.

Current Projects

  • Cyber warfare and the legal frameworks for responding to cyber crime, including how to identify the threat's origin.
  • Military Sciences Department: The increasing role of cyber space in military operations.
  • National Security and Resilience Department: The role of cyber space in the national security of the UK.
  • Legal frameworks currently in place that govern the use of offensive cyber capabilities.
