Events:

RUSI will refund delegates for events that it has cancelled. If delegates wish to cancel their attendance to Events, they must do so in writing. Cancellation of registration 10 working days or more prior to the conference date is subject to an administrative fee. There will be no refund for cancellations received after this time. For a cancellation to be acknowledged, you must provide cancellation details in writing, and have received written confirmation in return. Substitutions may be made at anytime.

Membership and Subscriptions:

RUSI reserves the right to withdraw memberships and subscriptions at any time. RUSI will refund the remaining amount of that subscription. Membership and subscriptions are payable annually in advance, refunds will not be given for cancellations during that annual period.

Online articles:

Articles bought online are non-refundable. Articles bought are automatically delivered online with links supplied to by email and on your MyRUSI page. If these articles have not been delivered for any reason, customers can email: web@rusi.org , whereby RUSI will endeavour to deliver the articles to you within 10 working days.
