Emergency in the Defence Medical Services

The DMS exists to provide medical support during military operations and to provide peacetime medical services to the armed forces. DMS staff are required to be of a high quality and dedicated, as they have to provide vital services to our military personnel, to keep them fit and able to protect and serve the nation. Top-class management and organization are crucial to the effective delivery of their services. But the DMS are finding it hard to fulfil their role.
