Keeping the Soldier at the Heart of NEC Procurement: Lessons from Bowman

David Hudson is the Cross-Defence Lines of Development lead for Finmeccanica Battlespace Solutions and formerly the Deputy Team Leader BATCIS Integrated Project Team, having earlier commanded 3rd Division HQ and Signal Regiment.

He asks why the arrival of Bowman has caused so much pain, and suggests that the programme was underpinned by several false assumptions.
