It provides wide-ranging information and analysis about the causes and handling of man-made, man-assisted and natural emergencies and disasters. From terrorist attacks to mass flooding, it addresses the strategic, operational and tactical levels of response, and the interests of public and private bodies. Monitor is edited by Dr Tobias Feakin. Produced quarterly, Whitehall Reports provide detailed assessments of various issues and challenges faced by security professionals in conflict and post-conflict environments, the defence industry and policy-making bodies.
