Ukrainian-Russian Relations: An Unequal Partnership?

Halfway through the 1990s, the main problems of Ukrainian-Russian relations still remain unresolved. To foresee the possible developments in these relations, this Whitehall Paper analyses the main strategic priorities of the foreign, military and national security policies of Russia and Ukraine after the disintegration of the Soviet Union.
