A warm diplomatic wind blew through Tokyo when the Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao made a State visit to the Japanese capital in April this year. Both China and Japan have judged Wen’s three-day ‘icethawing’ visit a great success. One can see that China is determined to improve relations.
