North Korea and Iran

If it can be done with North Korea, why can it not be done with Iran? This was the question raised by media commentators once it became clear that that a deal to dismantle North Korea’s nuclear weapons was about to be reached, but that the nuclear standoff with Iran seems to be going from bad to worse.
