Closing the loophole in airport cargo security

Steps have been taken to improve the overall safety of commercial aviation; yet, cargo security remains a woefully inadequate aspect of civilian air transport. This article highlights the weaknesses of this aspect of security and proposes stpes which can be taken to tighten air cargo security.
