Maximising the Potential of UK Maritime Forces in Peace Time: 'A Force for Good'.

This paper proposes that the Royal Navy and Royal Fleet Auxiliary should be tasked and equipped to provide continuous, day-to-day support to UK overseas aid and development programmes, and deployed in order to better deliver crisis response, both at home and abroad, without losing their readiness to meet war-fighting requirements.
