Understanding Situational Cognition in more general terms, the most important property of NCW and DW, that is, the system’s networked situational awareness, is contingent on the situational cognition of its particles. At its current stage of evolution, this new way of operating requires far more effort to better understand the constraints situational cognition entails. We know too little and guess too much.
