This has been built on consistent operational success achieved through the high-quality performance of our people. However, this ability cannot be taken for granted – it must be nurtured and continually developed. RAF Transformation will build on this foundation and create an agile organisation in which empowerment and continuous improvement are embedded in all its activities.
