The RDS Military Interview

General Sir Mike Jackson was Chief of the General Staff from 2003 to 2006. Having earlier commanded the 1st Battalion the Parachute Regiment, 39th Infantry Brigade and 3rd (UK) Division, he was Commander IFOR's Multinational Division South West in Bosnia in 1996. He was appointed Commander of the ACE Rapid Reaction Corps in 1997 and, in 1999, commanded Kosovo Force in Macedonia and Pristina. He is now Senior Adviser to PA Consultancy. He spoke to Bill Kincaid on 1 August 2007.
