Jack Green is Assistant Chief of Staff (ISTAR) at Fleet Headquarters, Royal Navy. In a previous appointment he had established the Royal Navy’s Information Policy and led its implementation across all Navy Commands. He discusses the need for modern and highly capable sensors that can be launched from, and recovered to, maritime platforms and the development and integration issues that need to be overcome.
