The Debate: Balancing Criticism

Two articles in our last edition sparked controversy: the RUSI Acquisition Focus on The Underfunded Equipment Programme – Where Now? and the joint article by Paul Nixon and Dr David Moore, Why Smart Acquisition is Working. The latter brought forth a stinging rebuke to which the authors have replied with composure. The RUSI Acquisition Focus paper generated various shades of opinion, although many of those holding opinions sadly did not wish to commit them to paper. However, some did.
