Robert Bell is SAIC’s Corporate Account Manager for NATO, UK MoD, the European Union and the US European Command. As NATO Assistant Secretary General for Defence Investment from 1999-2003, Mr Bell chaired NATO’s Conference of National Armaments Directors (CNAD) and its C3 Board. From 1993–1999 he worked at the White House National Security Council (NSC) as a Special Assistant to President Clinton for National Security Affairs. From 1981–1993 he served on the Senate Committees on Foreign Relations and Armed Services. He talked to Bill Kincaid in London on 9 November 2006.
