In the Summer edition, there was extensive coverage of the UK’s Defence Industrial Strategy, which gave it a very warm welcome but voiced concern over various aspects. In response to that criticism, we are delighted that the Minister for Defence Procurement, Lord Drayson – the architect of the Strategy – and Bill Jeffrey, Permanent Under Secretary of State at the MoD – the owner of the implementation of the Strategy – have asked to reply.
