Is the MOD properly structured to move to NEC? Have the necessary training and education programmes been put in place? Are standards being implemented across the equipment plan? Are the financial resources sufficient? And if not, is NEC dead?

This paper will answer these and other questions as it looks at the UK's NEC programme. Contributions to this paper have been drawn from across the community which supports C4ISTAR, including representatives of primes, sub-contractors, Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) consultants and academics.
