About the event:

Professor Phil Sutton, Director Science and Technology Strategy, UK Ministry of Defence, will lead a Whitehall Dialogue on: ‘Engagement of the Science and Technology Supplier Base in Delivering Military Capability’.

In planning and delivering the Ministry of Defence’s (MoD) annual research programme, it is essential to identify and exploit the best knowledge, ideas and expertise wherever they reside within the science and technology supply base, to ensure that the best quality and value research and development is harnessed in delivering the required capability to our forces. This meeting will explore how the MoD is doing this today and, in the interests of continuous improvement, the audience will be invited to suggest ways of further improving this engagement.

Refreshments will be served from 1515.

This event is ‘off the record’ and closed to the media.

Open to Platinum and Major Corporate Level Members only. To become a Platinum or Major Corporate Level Member, or to learn more about other RUSI membership benefits, please click here.
