About the event:

Presentation by Edward Leigh MP, Chairman of the Committee of Public Accounts, House of Commons.

Edward Leigh will speak about the findings of the Committee's recent report on Recruitment and Retention in the Armed Forces. This report attempted to answer the following two key questions:

• Given the current level of commitment by the Armed Forces, including the heightened demands being placed on them by the Iraq and Afghanistan operations, are they actually overstretched?
• And how effective are the Ministry of Defence's current measures to improve recruitment and retention?

If you are not a Corporate Level Two Member, a fee of £6 is payable for the sandwich lunch which will be served from 1215.
