The military customer, the Ministry of Defence, is responsible for setting out the roadmap for delivering an assured capability in networked C4ISTAR. The juggernaut is the technological, process and organizational challenge in doing so. The customer must work with his supplier, the defence industrial community, to ensure that the juggernaut follows the road map. Supported by the UK MINISTRY OF DEFENCE, the conference will look at force transformation in networked C4ISTAR, roadmaps for delivering military capability, customer-supplier co-operation, and the development of the necessary organizational processes and structures to deliver the right assured capability for networked C4ISTAR.
