Tim Dumas OBE

Position: Advertising Sales Development Executive

Tim Dumas joined RUSI Defence Systems in June 2009 responsible for advertising sales, following eight years in international defence industry, to whom he provides consultancy services. He was Director Business Development Europe, Textron Systems Corporation from 2003. Prior to this he was Manager Sales and Marketing, Defence Equipment, at David Brown Engineering for two years. This followed a full career in the British Army, which culminated in Defence Attaché positions in Jordan and the UAE. He was appointed OBE for achievements whilst in command of 50 Missile Regiment.

Tim represented England at alpine skiing and rowing. He has for many years organised national and international military alpine ski events. He speaks German, French and Arabic but is getting rusty. He is married to Sally and they have four grown daughters .
