Anthony holds an MSc (Res) awarded as the result of a research project undertaken at the Defence Academy, Shrivenham. The project examined corporate security, its growth and its professionalisation. Previously, Anthony completed a BA (Hons) degree in Politics and International Relations at Hull University.
Anthony worked as a researcher for the Rt. Hon. Bruce George MP during his time as Chairman of the House of Common’s Defence Committee, and subsequently as his Senior Parliamentary Researcher. During this period his research was primarily concerned with the private security sector, its growth and its regulation.
As a Researcher in RUSI’s Homeland Security & Resilience Department, Anthony contributes to RUSI’s study and analysis of the UK’s capacity for resilience. This work encompasses study of the relationship between risk and resilience, the Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), corporate resilience and social resilience.
